We decided to upgrade from our WiFi 5 or ac nighthawk to this one because we wanted a wireless Sonos speaker system, a 4K smart tv, wireless security cameras, and 1 owlet (smart sock for babies) . We had/have 2 Apple watches 2 iPhone 1 laptop. We noticed WAY better Apple airplay 2 connectivity to the 4k tv. Everything seems to work well without bottlnecking lags or disconnecting issues.

The Netgear nighthawk ax6000 is a great Modem/router, improved overall speeds and stability of the internet in my home. the xfinity supplied router would need to be replaced regularly due to failures or constant reboot cycles. Since i bought this, my internet has not failed or went down randomly like it would before

Ive had nothing but an easy time with this modem. i would recommend it to anyone on comcast.

I had this modem/router for about seven months, and it was a nightmare. The unit frequently dropped connections, and I couldn't upload on the 5 GHz Wi-Fi frequency. Also, the voice quality on Zoom and Skype was choppy. I looked online at the forums and found that this unit is known to have a plethora of issues. This router even had me troubleshooting my 5G LAN port on my motherboard as it would constantly drop the connection. I thought it became defective and i purchased USB to 2.5Gb adapter. I finally gave up and returned the device. I then started using the modem/router that Comcast rents. As soon as I did that, I noticed that my connections were more stable, my upload speeds increased, and my uploads were successful. Also, it turns out the LAN port on my mobo is not defective; it was the router disconnecting it. I should have done this a lot sooner!

The quality of the modem is great. Internet speeds are perfect. Set up was a little troubling because I had to have Xfinity come to my house to set up the modem with them, even though I had my old modem already running. But the modem and router besides that have been great!

Excellent product for an excellent price. Gateway so you get your modem and router all in one. Great Wi-Fi coverage and excellent security. A little costly … but worth every single penny. Was able to purchase and pay over 6 months with Best Buy card which helped a lot with budgeting for this item.

Works great. WiFi 6 is considerably faster, and this product is very easy to set up and customize if you're so inclined.

10 years with older modem and router, 3 kids using 5 people using it at the same time. Was a well overdue upgrade and combo deal . Totally worth the money to have both in one and handle my household.

Not sure what all the issues are regarding this modem/combo. I have xfinity. Connecting and setting up was a breeze. Almost does it all on its own. Speed is crazy fast. If you just follow basic rules for any modem/router(keep away from electronic devices that could screw with the signal) and place it in your house where your devices get the most benefit you will have no issues. Been using this device for a bit over 3 months with a bunch of devices connected to it with NO issues.

I don’t know if we had a defective box or more likely it didn’t work well with Xfinity. I gave it 4 stars as it worked and others who have it love it.

It’s super fast easy setup and easy to manage all security options. The nighthawk app its a good companion for this device

Earlier this, i was using Arris SBG7580AC Modem router combo for past three years. That served well for me but it couldn't handle speed more than 300Mbps and i was planning to upgrade my internet plan therefore i moved to it. Although i don't have wifi 6 enables devices with me now but i am sure, because of this, performance would be great whenever i will have one. Now i am using a 500 Mbps internet plan of COX. It has a very good performance and worked great for me.

Wow this thing Rocks! Super easy setup. Way faster than the rental I had from cable provider. Not a single issue yet.
