Worked as intended. I have a custom built desktop from 3 years ago and they didn't have wifi adapters for motherboards then, but now this has come in handy. Works good as long as your provider is good.

its a wifi adapter, allows devices to connect to the internet via wifi if your device doesnt have built in wifi. works as intended.

This item does what is says. I can now stream from the basement, even though the router is on the second floor. WiFi is killing it when I stream videos.

Upgraded my Router and my computer did not support 6E. Works like a charm for a computer I bought for $30 and upgraded for about $150.

FIVE+ Stars! Computer is far from router behind walls, bookcases and under a desk. Previously had myriad problems with drop-outs, slow downs and poor reception. this was a great purchase for the price. I had great connectivity and speed. I eventually got a different one when I upgraded my wifi router but it was great when I had it. One note of caution, make sure you're router is strong enough to reach it. I had to get a wifi booster for my house because my walls interfered with the signal so much

My wife and I both work from home. Recently we moved to a 3k sqft home. At first i had no trouble connecting to my router nor with stability, but after getting a new work computer, i could barely stay connected. This neat little device fixed that problem! I’m two floors above my router on the opposite side of the house and this thing helps me get and stay connected.

I’ve been using the Netgear Nighthawk Tri-Band WiFi Adapter for a bit, and I really like it so far. It’s fast and stable—I’m consistently getting 120 Mbps down on my 150 Mbps circuit, which is solid. The range is great too; even though my access point is pretty far away, it still works without any issues. The only downside is that it’s a bit bulky if you plug it straight into a laptop or PC. It looks a lot better and feels more practical when connected to a dock, though. Overall, I’m happy with it and wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again.

I have always had more success using external Wi-Fi adapters on my laptops than what is typically installed internally. Also big fan of Netgear products so this Wi-Fi adapter is a marriage made in heaven. It connects first time, every time. I am not rich by any means but there is something to be said for not making low price ones primary decision point. Not being a gamer, I don't care about the catchphrase "Lightning Fast" It needs to be fast enough that I don't find myself watching a spinning circle. I had to buy a USB network adapter after the network adapter on my PC went out. I did some research and found this product. Upon returning home with the product, I followed the instructions in the box, and within 5 minutes was able to connect to the internet. I have had no issues with the adapter since, and am very happy with the purchase.

Super fast and easy to install, easy to hide if you don't want it to be displayed on your desktop. The speeds and signal capture are quite strong and it has worked wonderfully for me I recommend it to everyone

Quicj and easy install on both Windows 10 and 11, though you won't be able to fully use WiFi-6E on windows 10 due to OS limitations. Comes with a handy USB containing drivers if you are installing on a system that currently has no internet access. The base has a fairly long usb cable if you want to use it to put the antenna in an ideal location or to avoid having the devise sticking out of a laptop as it is kind of bulky, though I am not knocking the device for being slightly bulky considering performance.

I got as a backup, the port is excellent because the non port style plugs into a usb and on a laptop usb overlaps the open port, this unit prevents that. Easy to connect but be aware you have to plug it in each time and it connects very fast - speeds are noticeably faster. Great for getting a stronger wifi connection and need reliably faster speeds.

Pretty good wireless receiver. I get almost 500Mbps and no noticable interfience. My PC is on the opposite side of the house and it works pretty flawlessly. The set up was also fast an easy with the drivers being provided on a small USB drive. Definitely recommend for people who need to use wireless.
