I returned the router as my new internet provider has their own router that is made for their system specifically. I have had good success with my previous nighthawk but had unresolved issues with the app. I was replacing this one as I was told that it would be no longer supported.

This router works quickly and constantly in a household with several smart appliances and multiple computers. I work from home and need reliable internet to do my job, this product delivers. I am often streaming music while my wife is often streaming Netflix.

Netgear informed me that my old router was not supported due to the age of the device. I purchased a new router for device support etc. The setup was quick and easy. I got a good Wi-Fi signal in the garage. That’s what I was trying to accomplish. The router so far is great.

THis product is Nice easy to set up. Purchased this to replace the other one that lastest a year. This is a upgrade & my Warranty got messed up. Buy the WARRANTY on these. This is the 3rd one I have owned in the pasT 14 yrs.

I’m extremely happy with my Netgear Nighthawk BE12000 router! Setup was fast and easy using the Nighthawk app, and the speed difference was noticeable right away. The Wi-Fi 7 performance is fantastic — I’m getting strong, stable coverage in every room, even out in the backyard. Streaming, gaming, and video calls all run smoothly with no lag or drops.

I get good coverage up stairs and in the basement without a mesh. Great speeds also.

Easy to set up, coverage area is excellent, device is reliable. Would recommend this produce to anyone that wants a quality router for a decent price, well worth the money!

I had a XR 500 before this router it was good but this router the RS500 was way easier to setup and the performance is un matched latency dropped incredibly more stable and it is also very slim and speak very easy to put in a spot that nobody is afraid of bumping or something of that sort I will continue to stay with netgear and their gaming routers the performance in my experience again is unmatched thanks again netgear

Fast and decently easy setup if you are a little tech savvy. It's nice to have the 6ghz band as an option. The range on that band is fairly short. Same room or adjacent room works best for me. If you are farther away from the router than that, then you are best sticking to the 5ghz band. But overall I am very happy with the BE12000. It can handles many devices and multiple family members streaming/gaming at once. You are really only limited by your ISP.

I have long been looking for a router to cover my family home, and had face limited range and hard to use mesh routers which did come with its own bottle necks, then i stumbled unto The perfect router

Our router needed to be updated with better security and performance. After reviewing the options available the best choice for our requirements was the Nighthawk WiFi 7 RS500 router. Upon installation our network performance improved significantly. This router was easy to install and up and running in no time. We now enjoy faster more reliable streaming and better network security as well. We highly recommend this router.

The router was a great upgrade from the one supplied by my ISP. I was able to increase my speeds and the stability seems to be good. It has only been installed two weeks, so I guess time will tell concerning its reliability.

I have had absolutely no problems with my new NETGEAR Nighthawk tri-band Router. Well worth the cost! Best Buy always comes thru with the right equipment at the right times! Thank you Best Buy! Paul B.

Setup went smoothly. Performance has been great, I typically have 15 to 20 nodes online and there have been no problems. Range is better than with my old WiFi 6 router which had 6 antennas. This router is a definite upgrade from my old WiFi 6 router but it cost more than twice as much. So far, I am happy that I spent the extra money.

Easy set up and super fast router! Covers the whole house too!

I'm familiar with the Netgear brand so that's what I looked for...especially since I was already familiar with the Nighthawk app. This device is advertised to cover 3,000 sq ft of space. My home is 4,100+ sq ft (2 stories) and it covers is flawlessly. I even have a total of 7 HD cameras outside of my home and this same router handles them with no problem giving me the ability to live stream them remotely with no buffering
