    Im not saying this isnt a good product. But we tried everything to get it to connect to the internet. Big fail. It wasnt worth a argument, so we returned to the store.

When experiencing trouble while installing, we recommend a few troubleshooting steps including disconnecting your RS200 from your modem then performing a power cycle on your modem and allowing this to fully reboot before reconnecting your RS200 as well as ensure your cables such as power cords and ethernet cables are secure.     Unfortunately the wifi signal is very poor. The TV's in the house have very inconsistent connection as well as the computer in the office. We have a 1700 square foot home and were told it would easily cover 2500 SF.
