I got this for home office use. The design of the product looks elegant and blend-in. It is very easy to setup using a mobile app, and it is integrated flawlessly with my existing equipment. Using the app, I got it up and running within 15 minutes without having to make any physical connection or changes to my existing configuration.

If you are looking to install a mesh network in your house but already spent money on a "traditional" router, this is the product you have been looking for! It is easy to setup and once completed you will no longer have to switch to an extender wifi in different areas of the house. I will say the unit is a little bit bigger than what I anticipated.

This fixed my poor signal issues. Router is way back in my house. Camera all the way in the front would lose WiFi signal and would disconnect easily 4-6 times a day. Since I got netgear nighthawk I haven’t had 1 disconnect. Signal has been holding steady for weeks. And I love that I only have one WiFi connection too ! Definitely worth the money $$$

I bought this to extend the signal from my Netgear c7000 in the house to inside my barn (man cave) about 150 feet away. It has worked flawlessly and I would highly recommend this item to anyone. The c7000 cable modem router is actually in the middle of the house in a middle bedroom so I was actually surprised I didn’t have to move it to the rear of the house.

Perfect connection extending my existing network with one ssid name. Perfect Tri-Band MeshRouter Extendet. Allowed me to select multiple SSIDs to extend and I don’t even know I am connected to this device because it switches me automatically. Also you can add this extender to any mesh network as another access point because this extender is a Tri-Band

I do really like this extender. It works great MOST of the time. When it gives me trouble I just turn it off and back on again and it usually clears up.

I needed to extend my wifi signal from my basement to the rest of my house - didn't really get any coverage on the second floor of my house. This one device fixed all of that. I paired it with a Netgear AC 1900 dual band router and it works like a charm. My whole house gets wifi coverage with only one wifi name. I love this extender.

Our wifi is better in the basement then it was. It took a little getting used to logging into the second extender address but it has helped take the traffic off of our main router upstairs.

This product gave the dead areas of my 2700 sf ranch strong internet. Fios Router is located on one end of the house and the bedrooms on the other end had very weak coverage. Mesh X6S changed all that. Uses the same password as the router so no different log in necessary. Very easy set up.

I am using this mesh extender in our barn, which is located approximately 150 feet from our in-house router. I get a great signal and am able to use my laptop, phone and ROKU throughout the barn without having to run cable from one building to another.

I had to set this extender up a few times since the Netgear X4S router kept losing the connection with it. I tried having it wired to the router but, it didn’t change the performance. I found that even though my devices were in the same room as the extender they were all connected to the router down stairs. In the end I returned both the X6S extender and the Nighthawk X4S router for the TP-Link Deco M4. It has worked out much better for me. I can’t think of any reason I would recommend this device.

This is the best wifi extender on the market period! I use this with the NG X6 R8000 and its been flawless. I was using a NG powerline 1200 and switching to this almost doubled my wifi speed. Whereas I was only getting max 50Mbps I now reach my max internet speed of over 100 mbps, so I am not loosing any bandwidth over my wifi.

I was having trouble with my TV always having to stop and buffer everything. I thought we would have to buy a new TV. We were directed to try the Nighthawk Mesh Extender and were surprised how everyone in the household were able to get better service. I totally recommend this product.

I needed a mesh extender with ethernet ports for my home office, which was the opposite side of my house from the router. This got our router signal and now our whole house gets get wifi. It's also extremely easy to set up, took me about ten minutes. Very pleased with this purchase!

Bought this for a new receiver and Spotify. The receiver has no WIFI so I needed it to create a physical CAT5e network connection to the existing WIFI network. It works to solve the problem I have but sometimes interferes with the existing FIOS quantum gateway router and confuses nearby pre-connected WIFI devices. It has very-very limited 5g range in a 2600 sq/ft two story home. It’s only 40’ from the router and will not connect at 5g. I would recommend pairing it with a higher end matching WIFI router if you want 5g coverage extended. Boot and setup times are very long. Prepare for wait times for reboots and initial set up.
