Easy to set up with WPS, so-so signal

Used the WPS buttons to link them together, which was the easy part. I got this to provide WiFi from the first floor to my basement. When the signal was available in the basement, I got the upload and download speeds consistent with the first floor. However, the signal was not consistent. I tried the 3x pack eeros mesh WiFi system and got the signal I needed. I then returned this item.

Overkill

Works well as a second mesh extender on my WiFi ne

I purchased this based on reviews and recommendations for a unit that worked well for this purpose. This extender is able to connect directly to my router without just daisy chaining to my first mesh extender. The extended signal is strong and able to go through brick to connect my Google Nest Hello doorbell to my network.

Unit really boosts signal to marginal areas

The instructions did not make it clear as to how the unit acts when first powered on. The unit flashes all of its lights in unison for at least 2 minutes before it acts like the instructions say it should.

I really had to move it around to find where it works the best. I had to forget the network on several of my devices in order to get them to connect. It wasn’t as seamless as advertised.
