Good but not great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was hoping it would cover the house, but only covered center section with 5G. 2.4G was strong, but had to put in password often. I believe the extender is good, but our Verizon router is poor. I’d recommend a mesh router instead.

This Extender-Access Point works great!

When I run speed test, the speeds I get wirelessly through this device exceeds the wireless speeds though my Modem/router, by almost twice. Coverage is great too and it blends 2.4 and 5 ghz into one easy ssid name. Very happy with this purchase.

Works great for using with Netgear access points

The router is a 3 band system which utilizes protocols to extend the power of my 2.6Mhz and 5.0 MHz WiFi channels. This extender enables the use of the WiFi “N” protocol even though I am a significant distance away from my R6000 access point.

Also upgraded my modem. Two fixes have worked well and we haven’t had too many buffering or no connectivity problems. Expensive but worth it if it works and keeps the peace!
