My old router started giving me trouble so my grandson told me about the Nighthawk AC1900. I went to Best Buy and bought it and am extremely pleased with it's performance. I used to get knocked off wifi all the time but not anymore. It is always on and no matter how many people are in the house we can all get on and stay on. It was very easy to setup.

It performs much faster, has better range and is much more stable than my 2 year old router. I have not needed to reset the new since I installed it.

Worth every penny. We at now able to watch netflix while my son plays his games on-line without lagging.

This was so easy to set up and when using the Nighthawk range extender I’m able to get over 50mbps on out entire 1 acre of land.

Easy to setup, powerful enough to manage 8 devices (tablets, console, desktop, laptop) and with a great management page/software.

Easy to setup and connect wireless devices to. Handles internet speed well. Very little to no buffering. I would recommend this router to anyone.

I upgraded from an earlier Netgear wireless router and the process was extremely smooth. I'm very pleased with the R7000 signal strength and speed.

Reading reviews online really had me worrying that I wouldn't have an easy time of setting up a router and that it might not work well with the mix of older and newer smart technology that I have. Well this router has been extremely easy to set up and all of my devices work with it. It is fast and so far glitch free.

THis is by far the best router I've ever used. Was worried aobut spending so much for it, but you won't be disappointed. 24.GHz and 5.0GHz work fantastically well. I usually have 3 laptops, 2 desktops and 4-5 other mobile and TVs connected and it hasn't dropped on my once. Configuration is easy. Netgear Genie app works very well. I was a bit sad about the USB 3 port not working very well with my 1TB HDD for NAS storage, but that's not really why I got it so it matters little to me. It would drop the HDD quite often so it became a useless feature.

My old router was slow and had a limited range. This Nighthawk is very fast and has great range all over the house. Glad I bought this one.

I’ve been very happy with this router so far. Haven’t had any trouble maintaining connection or speed and was easy to set up.

I was reluctant to pay the extra money, but after the Best Buy associate explained the benefits in an easy-to-understand manner, I was sold. He was spot on. This is completely plug and play, and it handles multiple devices, including video streaming, with ease. The range is great for our 3,000 sq ft home - I suspect our neighbors could use it if they had our password.

I was always complaining to my ISP about my low internet speed, but it wasn't until I tried this router that I found out it was my old router all along. I went from ~6mbps to ~75mbps download just by changing the router. I also noticed some improved connections when using a chromecast. I cant really say anything about range since all my devices are relatively close by and don't feel like going out in the cold to do any testing. Lastly... I keep getting compliments about how it looks, so even that was an improvement from my older netgear model.

Bought a Net Gear wireless router for another property and loved it, so replaced our old slow one with this Netgear Nighthawk which covers more space and is faster.
