Works great but would not recommend for AT&T Users

It covers my entire property very well. The only downfall is that I have AT&T Fiber and it seems to have issues with the modem AT&T provides. I get great upload speeds but the download will not reach anywhere near what I pay for. Not really a Netgear issue.
