I lost service the day after it was installed and called the geek squad and was not happy when the recording said it would be over 2 hours for them to answer. Called my internet provider and they came right out, the installer didn't tighten the dish all they way and the wind blew really hard during the night. Glad I didn't have to wait 2 hours on hold for the Geek Squad. Works great now!

Great router for the most part

Ive had it for almost a year now and have little to no problems. Works well right out of the box and requires little set up. The only issue i ran in to was that when updating the firmware, I noticed my speeds dropped significantly. After looking for a fix for hours, I resorted to factory resetting which solved the problem. Aside from this I would recommend!
