Fast and Easy Setup.

But with all electronics, you eventually have compatibility issues or just want the new bells and whistles. The R7000 was extremely easy to setup right out of the box and linked to all my equipment within minutes. The only problem was that tit doesn't seem to have the same signal strength as my old Linksys, even after changing the channels and messing with the antennas.

Wifi router

Got it home and after a couple of hours of frustration called my Internet tech support. They determined it was broken and to box it up and return it. I did so the next day with no hassle whatsoever. The good thing that came out of this was they put this router on sale for half of what I paid for it originally!!! Win win for me even if I had to drive a total of 65 miles.

Good...but with one major issue

I've had it for a month now and I have had to turn it off and then back on to get it connected again. Some online reviews mentioned it is a firmware issue...but I don't want to roll back to some previous version. If it wasn't for this one issue this router would certainly get 5 stars.

Great router!

The router that Frontier provided was garbage; the wifi signal was really week throughout our house. With the AC1900 we were able to run all of our equipment on the wifi with no problems. It provides a strong consistent signal, made even better with a matching extender.

Great Router

I purchased a router from another brand ( D Link EXO) and was having serious problems with maintaining connections with devices. I purchased this router and the problem was solved. 15+ connected devices.Netgear produces excellent products and always communicates with you when any update is available.
