    Replaced our last unit with the same model. The NETGEAR Nighthawk was not to difficult to set up for a novice. I had it up and running in about forty five minutes, not counting reading up on installation online . We had the Geek squad in for other issues and he made a few tweeks to it.

    Initially, I only had a wifi signal on the first floor and parts of the second. I had been using a nine year old Airport extreme router. Now with the new Netgear AC1900, I have a signal throughout my 2500 square foot home. My daughters no longer huddle in a corner upstairs to get online. They each go to their own rooms. Streaming videos is great, we have two computers, two iPads, and one android tablet, all wireless.
