Works great! Have not had one issue! Had been having the internet go in and out with the other router.

Hooks up fast and up and running in no time. One of the better routers in the market.

Great range and fast speeds. The 5Ghz band actually has some power to penetrate walls.

I bought one, had it up and running in an hour. Worked great...for 6 or 7 days, then NOTHING. Exchanged for another, same challenge. Worked with NG on the phone for full hours...but basically trying the same thing over and over expecting different results. I had another router to try (an older NG) and it still worked, so I know it wasn't the modem. Basically, after the 2 hours of advanced tech support, they said to take back the 2nd and get a 3rd. I decided that based on the short free phone support, that I would not trust buying another. There are basically three high end options at Best Buy, all at the $200 pricepoint. One is slightly more than the other two. One, the NG, has the worst warranty. And, based on my experience, not so good. The good was the QOS settings to prioritize the Netflix traffic and handle a large number of devices in the house was perfect...exactly what I need to solve some network issues. Turns out my old router had it...but it was not as intuitive to set up as it was a new feature then. So, for the time being, I am sticking with the older router until these new high end routers come down a bit.

I have the router in the basement and it is able to give me cover for the whole house.

I nice upgrade from my previous router. Definitely, recommend if you are using multiple devices.

Replaced our last unit with the same model. The NETGEAR Nighthawk was not to difficult to set up for a novice. I had it up and running in about forty five minutes, not counting reading up on installation online . We had the Geek squad in for other issues and he made a few tweeks to it.

I do a lot of gaming and streaming and this thing does the job with the 5ghz

Reliable, accurate router with all the features I need to maintain my home internet network.

First time using a NetGear router and this thing has been amazing for connecting all of my devices, Needed something to use when working from home and this nighthawk does the trick for me it all. The app is super helpful as you can see who's on your network and which sites have been blocked due to malicious activities. I would recommend this any day.

It has amazing range and the WiFi never cuts out, fast streaming as well!
