The sales person explained each router available, he listened to my issues with WiFi difficulties, he did not oversell! I installed it myself and my WiFi issues were addressed in staying connected. This is why I shop at Best Buy instead of other stores. They listen to my needs provide my options and they always surpass my expectations.

Overkill in my house of electronics

It works great, if you don’t have 4 TVs, 3 desktops, 1 laptop, 3 xboxes, 2 switches, and 4 phones all connected to the wifi at the same time. I mean it can handle it, but it struggles. The parental controls are easy to set up and the app is easy to navigate.
