    I've owned Linksys routers for years until recently and had multiple issues with some of the higher end units. The manufacturer could not repair even though the unit was just over a year old. Luckily I had purchased the extended Best Buy protection plan to cover the other router. I purchased this new router and have had no issues since.

    I received excellent service. The sales person explained each router available, he listened to my issues with WiFi difficulties, he did not oversell! I installed it myself and my WiFi issues were addressed in staying connected. This is why I shop at Best Buy instead of other stores. They listen to my needs provide my options and they always surpass my expectations.
