    I went through 3 other routers and numerous sessions with my internet provider, before I solved all my issues with this router. My son (works for IBM) recommended the brand and model, and I was lucky enough to get it on sale at Best Buy, No problems ant more with router failures!

    This was recommended by a Best Buy sales associate but eventually called Netgear tech support for assistance with initial installation as I know nothing about connections. I had declined Geek Squad service as I thought I could handle it. Netgear was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and courteous. Now I have great wireless signal all over our home. Great buy!

    I have 3 teenagers and LOTS of devices always connected to wi-fi. My old router just couldn't handle it all. We got the Nighthawk and it was a quick easy setup. No more having to refresh webpages because they won't load before timing out! We have 2 Xbox 360s, a PS3, 4 computers, a couple Kindles, and 5 cellphones in this house so we needed something that could handle a lot. I'm very impressed with this router.
