difficult to hook up

Modem to computer throughput speed is really good compared to what I had. It is coming in at 55.7. I do not know the max range but I do have contact 150 ft away. It was a real hard job for me to get it set up and working through the modem. Almost took it back.

Netgear and Maintenance

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Once, the Cable maintenance men came and ran test maintenance on the wiring, they suggested that we use the NETGEAR. Now wireless connections seems to be working better. But only after they did their wiring adjustments, which made the NETGEAR work better.

Good wireless router
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This unit carries great bandwidth and supports all of my devices simultaneously, this includes two large flat screen TVs that are using wireless cable boxes, with out bogging down. The only thing I could criticize is that the range isn't what I was hoping for. The connection quality decreases if using devices outside, even though it is still within 75 feet of the unit. Otherwise it serves all of my needs.

Solved a long time problem

My son (works for IBM) recommended the brand and model, and I was lucky enough to get it on sale at Best Buy, No problems ant more with router failures!
