Bought this on sale to replace my Google Wifi that went out. It’s as powerful as the Google at half the cost. I’m pretty happy and so is the family. I hope it last longer than my Google.

I was having problems with my outdated router. A salesperson suggested to purchase for my needs for a 2 story home covers all locations of home. I have not had any problems with streaming movies either.

The device was poorly design and did not cover all the area. It is big and clunky. I returned the product and purchased an Asus RT-AC68U instead, much smaller and give a much variety of options.

I am a big fan of Netgear products, my previous router was a Netgear product and I used it for 8+ years. But technology changes almost every 2 years and with kids on the wi-fi all the time, this was a well need upgrade!!

Works great. Have to put app on your phone to manage it and see results, but the app is pretty cool to see your download and upload speeds.

Alomst doubled my Wi-Fi streaming speed which I needed for a smarth pgobe, TWO laptops, THREE Roku devices and an i-Pod. Nothing slows own to a crayl anymore and the speddtwst was off the rails.

The Netgear Nighthawk is an improvement over the R6100 i had. Better control access on the front panel and directional antennas. I had to use Netgear team to help with setup problems. I don't think my setup is optimal yet.

This router has exceeded my expectations. Configuration was simple, supports guest networks that's truly easy to setup, sharing video content via USB3 hdd was simple enough and my smart tv just picked it right up.

Setup fairly straightforward. Instruction leaves nothing to chance. Internet occasionally disconnects but fault may be in the modem or Ethernet cable rather than to the router. I had another net gear in Ohio that performed very well.

I can stream Netflix and use my Amazon Prime membership with my HD Tv. I have all the benefits of a Smart TV with the addition of the Fire Stick.

parental control settings in genie app didnt take effect and finally found the way i configured the router was incorrect and had to reconfigure and then it worked, it wasnt easy to troubleshoot and took a while to figure it out.

Seems to be working as well as the 10 year old router it replaced but it initially caused significant interference with my cordless mouse. Their support of course blamed the mouse even though I had had no problems whatsoever when using the old router. Mouse seems to be working fine now that their anti everything "protection" software has expired. Seems like they're more interested in selling software subscriptions than hardware.

This was purchased on recommendation of a sales associate in store to accommodate a wireless security system. If it weren't for the incompatibility with the gaming system it would be 5 stars.

Nice router (especially when bought on sale!). Sets up easily. Has a port for USB drive -- files on thumb drive available to you anywhere you have internet. Super bright status lights, though...lights up my adjoining hallway.

This is a definite upgrade from my time capsule that I have been using. It was easy to set up and I definitely don't seem to be having any of the issues I was having previously with my wifi signal. Great router!

Coupled with the Netgear CM1000 cable modem, gives you topnotch throughput. Plenty of ethernet ports on the back. Piece of cake setup and maintenance. Can't go wrong with Netgear equipment.

Best Buy is my great store for electronic. I experienced excellent customer service and support. It used to sell great products.The products that I bought is really great. I really love it. Thanks for all.

I have moved this router to several different locations hoping that I would get better reception. Even when there aren't a a lot of devices connected I experience poor connectivity.

When its working works great have only had for a few days. While having had to call tech support for same issue kept losing wifi signal. After last call it may have fixed issue had to change settings internally. I would probably go a different route if I could. The scrappy wifi router my cabke company gave me didnt have this many issues in the 2 years i have been using it. Only upgraded do to doing alot more streaming and started lagging. Havent had any lag since we upgraded while its been working.

Would like to say that I am extremely satisfied with the wireless connection This router gives throughout my home. It was totally worth spending the amount of money I did to buy this.
