Couple times the uplink has dropped the connection and I've had to literally unplug and plug it back in to reestablish the uplink connection.

With my older router the wireless connection kept dropping on my computer. I wasn't sure if the problem was with the internet service or the router. As soon as the new router was hooked up the dropping stopped.

It is nice being able to receive notifications about router status when away and be able to reboot it remotely. It offers a lot of useful information through its app. Very satisfied.

Excellent router with long range capabilities. I actually installed this in my detached garage and still had great coverage throughout the house.

I walked into best buy not really knowing what to buy. (I always rented my router) One of the employees asked me how many electronics would be used and then recommend this router. I love it. No issues at all.

The product it a little temperamental. It loses internet connection intermittently for some unknown reason. Rebooted several times since purchasing almost a month ago.

Works like it should but is hard to program, but we have now 8 thing’s running at a time with no problems

Great product and great connectivity. We been impressed with these routers in the past and will continue to purchase them as long as the quality stays good. Great support from Best Buy in taking the product as well.

Got this to set up two separate WiFi logins at my residence. One for guests and one for all the electronics I run in the home. Easy set up. Range could be better. Still have to use a booster to reach entire home.

So far works great. I could not get the app to work work for set-up. I had to go the old route and hook it directly to the PC and set it up from there. After I had it set up the app worked fine.

For some reason, we continue to have frequent brown outs with this router. I am having to restart the router multiple times a day as it keeps dropping the connection, even though our modem shows that we are still connected and receiving incoming data. Even stranger is that some devices tend to disconnect from this router, such as my iPhone, while other devices seem to be fine. This would more likely be an issue with the other devices if it weren’t for the fact that I never encounter similar issues when connected to other routers.

It was time to upgrade our WiFi to keep up with all the phones, tablets, computers, gaming and TVs. This router has not failed us in the least. Signal range is great, and no more buffing when streaming movies.

Great product! Very easy to install. We had to return the product because it was not compatible with my daughter's dorm wireless internet.

Excellent Wifi coverage for 2.4 and 5G bands. Nighthawk app was a little difficult to work with and ended up logging into the gateway and configuring manually.

This an excellent router as evidenced by good reviews from different websites. The software interface to configure the router is organized, simple but extensive.

We bought this as an emergency replacement because the other one stopped working. We have good coverage throughout the house and no glitches so far. Eas to set up.

I really enjoy my new router it provides an excellent wireless signal with two different wireless networks and give me the option of adding two more guest networks if I wish. It also is simple to configure and has an intuitive.

Works well with my fiber connection. Havnt found a flaw yet. This router had made a huge difference for me. My old regret is that I didn't get its big brother. For the price difference it would have been worth it.

Easy to install and works well! In my 2nd floor walk up apartment it covers my Ring doorbell on 1st floor, my tv on 2nd, and office on 3rd. No complaints!

This router is an upgrade from our old one but did find that the internet speed really didn't increase as I had been lead to believe. Other than that this as been a very good router.
