The Netgear Blackhawk router works great. We had no problems with installing and getting our computer ready to go. Quick and easy access to online searches.

I noticed right away internet stability was much better in the household. Really excited to have security integrated too.

Has been working great for the 3+ months I have owned it. I have not upgraded the firmware yet. I have read some people have problems upgrading the firmware.

Great Router but the VPN option doesn't work, try to contact Netgear customer support but they just read the user manual with you on the phone.

The goal was to get a good enough router to reach all of my yard.. It almost did it. Other then that it's great. We use multiple wifi devices and I do not have any issues with them having good connection

initial set up was weird until it restarts! one of the best routers I ever owned!

Powerful router replaced my standard one provided by my supplier and it covered another thousand Sq ft. Also ran 4 areas without "bogging" down I'm impressed!

Replaced my older netgear router with this new one can now have 10 or more devices locked into the wifi with no loss on the internet signal is great all around the house

I have tried several other routers with just limited success as far as home coverage, however, not until my purchase of this router have I had total house coverage with my Wi-Fi signals

I am quite frustrated with this product. I've had this router for over a year, with no issues whatsoever. I have used Netgear for over 10 years and I felt like they were a superior product for my basic home needs. Not a fancy setup by any means but I felt that I aimed to have a connected home environment and wanted a seamless experience. After being prompted from Netgear to upgrade the firmware, the router bricked itself. I had to call Netgear support to get help, and since the router was past the 90 day period for support, I paid $89.99 to get assistance on 10/10/18. Today, none of my devices were able to connect to the Netgear AC1900 router. Extremely frustrated and called Netgear to get that money refunded and I decided to go out and get another Netgear router, the AC2300. Guess what? I installed it, followed the instructions and it directed me to upgrade it. Can you guess what happened? Yup! It bricked the BRAND NEW router. I had to return it and instead, I purchased the Google Wifi. I really hope Netgear figures out this issue as it is very disruptive and ultimately will lead to people looking for better products without these issues for updates.

We replaced an older wireless router with this one. My son built his own computer for gaming and the old router simply wasn't fast enough. This works much better and was easy to install.
