    Had a issue of WiFi dropping out overnight, called tech support, change some settings been great ever since.

    Was getting terrible reception from cable alpha box. Salesman showed us this particular wi fi router. Should have done this years ago.

    Did not work properly from day one. 5ghz mode would drop out after 10 minutes and could not re-connect After 5 called to support not resolved. Finally got a call from Netgear support after I gave a poor review. They suggested I return the item to Best Buy for replacement. If past the 15 day return they would send me a new one but charge me $28 for shipping I returned it and bought something different which wiirjs fine. I had been a loyal Netgear return customer but no longer

    Once I found the best space to place the unit with the modem it worked great. Has definitely made a big difference streaming movies etc.

    Router in basement on south end of 1600 Sq. foot home. Smart TV on North end , upstairs has good connectivity, and may buffer occationally.

    For the price, I expected it to be better than my old but reliable router. It loses the signal at least once every other day. I constantly have to reset it. It also hasn't increased my signal as I am still having the same problems as before even though I got a new modem, PC, and the best internet available in my area.

    Works as a wireless router just fine. Old one dies after 4 or 5 years and I need a new one.
