    Never had security problems with Cisco Valet Plus. Virus infected PC within a week of using Netgear. Phoned hotline, got connected to India and had to pay $99.00 for them to try to fix. it took them hours and they did a good job but problem persisted. Phoned company and it again took hours for them to try to fix problem. Toshiba PC is now missing some some components. They wanted another $199.00 to fix.
