Easy to install and update. Full house coverage without any extender and without loosing speed.

Works well all through my old house(built before 1940). I had excellent wireless signal on all levels.

Every Netgear device I've ever owned has been a disappointment. I thought I had learned my lesson, but based on my fiber providers recommendations and the apparent glowing reviews on this device, I had hoped they had improved and I'd have a better experience. Not the case. The biggest issue is the wireless speed, even within 2 feet of the device is less than 1/3 the speed of the wired connections. I've been on with support multiple times with people I can barely understand due to heavy accents, trying various settings and procedures they wanted to do, with no improvement. Doing some research on various internet forums I've finally learned that this has been a known issue for several generations back of firmware updates. I've spent hours on the phone at this point, only each time to have the support tell me "ok now we need to wait a number of hours to see if the speed improves" and end the call. All of this has caused me to be outside the Best Buy return period, So finally today, Netgear support offered to RMA the device for a new one, and I'm left with the option of being completely without a router for my house while I ship this one to them, and wait for the other one to come, probably about 2 weeks. Of (of course) I can pay an additional fee and have them ship me one first. I'm disgusted and will never, EVER purchase another NETGEAR product whatsoever and I'd suggest you look at other brands, unless you are ok with getting less than what you paid for.

Router didn’t cover my whole household. I have a 5 bedroom two story house and the router given by spectrum worked much better. Had to return this and purchased the nighthawk AX model, and that one was much better and way faster.

This product improved my download and upload speed dramatically. Happy with this product.

Works well took some time setting it up tho.. after that we haven’t had any issues

My problem was I was having outages in my upstairs bedrooms. This exceeded my expectation!

I can't reallly tell that it's range is better than less expensive models.

Helped immensely once I set it up, everything ran much faster
