Wifi connections drops

I upgraded from a old TP-Link that worked ok for several years so I expected to have at least the same kind of service from this new router but that was not the case. I installed it and it worked at the first attempt, however in the following days I started to have wifi connection drops with all the devices and this happened at least two times in a day. The worse case was during kid's online classes where the connection dropped suddently and I had to power cycled the router in order to have the wifi available again. I followed the troubleshooting instructions without having any improvement on this. I am pretty sure the issue is not my internet connection as I installed back the older router and didn't see any wifi dropping connections again.
