Great when it worked

Never dropped connections and never had to restart. This weekend however, the ports (LAN & WAN) decided not to work. I have tried resetting the unit to the factory setting, did the loop back test and no lights went on. Sad to say it did not even last 2 years. Would be moving Netgear lower in the totem pole when buying any networking devices. Reliability was good. However durability seem to let it down.
