Still troubling

I actually set this up for her after the initial purchase. The jury is still out on this product based on the fact it keeps shutting itself off during business hours. I don't know if this is my error in the settings or a product error

Don't install the Armor software

I had to disable it because it kept turning off my wifi when I'd go to normal websites like Walmart and CNN. Their android app freezes up when you try to use it.

Great When It Worked
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have always used Netgear and when I moved up to fiber I wanted a router capable of handling higher speeds. No knock against Best Buy, they kept replacing the Nighthawks I bought. I had 3 of them in less than 3 months. All of them I was having to constantly reboot, and when they were working I was getting 97 or 98 mbps. All 3 of them quit working completely within a matter of a couple weeks, just going completely dark, and the reset did no good. I have gone to a Netgear 12 and have no problems with it.
