Knight hawk incomplete directions
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I setup my modem plugged in the infinity modem cable and ran the cable to the Knight Hawk gateway modem. I turned on the modem, followed the instructions and connected the modem. Shortly after connecting the modem it lost connection. I contacted the Geeksquad and we were able to reconnect the modem. I still had issues hooking up the printer and connecting email. I was instructed to call Knight hawk. Knight Hawk said they only take care of technical issues. I stopped into Best Buy and set up an appointment with a Best Buy in Home Advisor.

The range is not great for us & does not cover the whole house. The antennas in the back do not all stay locked in position so that just looks weird and I imagine effects the range a little.

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this when we moved to a bigger home thinking it’ll help cover the distance, however it doesn’t reach our kitchen area on the floor directly below it, it also barely covers most of the 2nd floor.
