Factory reset and updated and still disconnected multiple times per day ended up returning. Worked great when it was up but frustrating to have to reset multiple times per day.

Lasts 2-3 years, bummer

Constant issues and reboots

Easy setup and connected but has not been stable. Keeps dropping 5g broadcast and reboots randomly. Updated to latest firmware which has not helped. Going to give it another week and if continues to drop connections and authentication errors its going back.

Coverage was not good and was not returning internet speed I paid for and it was less than 2 years old. I had been with Netgear since I bought my first router but I’m now a Linksys fan. Go with the velop, 3 node system, like night and day.

The router drops the connection to my laptop and my desktop most of the time....completely unusable. Works inconsistently with the Mac. Will return this router. (My new Linksys router works great.) Would not recommend.

Sucks. Constantly reboots and fails

It constantly reboots itself and goes out during certain times for whatever reason and won't fix itself to start working again without someone unplugging it for a few seconds and then plugging it back in. I've reset it to factory and it still has the same problems. Netgear's support is trash considering it only lasts for like a year, It's kind of ridiculous considering you pay a high price and expect a high quality item, but apparently that's not the case. Netgear needs to step it up, because I'm not the only one having problems with this router. There's a lot of reports on people having the same problem, google it and see for yourself.

An ok router

Not a good router

While it was simple and easy to install it would stop working for no reason. I would go to the router unplug it plug it back in then it would work. This happened many times I returned not a happy camper
