Buyer beware: requires aftermarket OS.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Junk. Shouldn't be available for purchase to average consumers. Look up the model and "disconnect bug". The only confirmed way of "fixing" the issue is by wiping the OS and replacing it with whatever you like from searching online. This voids all warranty and return agreements. This issue is software related. It is a result of a patch issued around early 2021. Online discussions for this product are centered exclusively on replacing its software/OS because otherwise its a paperweight.

Disconnecting constantly
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the worst router I’ve ever dealt with. We have high speed Xfinity internet. No problems with the router that came from Xfinity, but wanted to own my own instead of rent. So bought this one. What a huge mistake. I have to unplug and plug this thing back in every day. Sometimes 2-3 times a day. I have done all the resets, updated firmware, etc. Doesn’t matter. Working from home, it’s an enormously frustrating experience. Honestly the worst experience I’ve had with a router. So bad I would never own or recommend anything by the company again. Buying something new. My sister who moved in next door I warned her off of immediately.

Fixed our buffering issue
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a Linksys dual band wireless router that lost an Ethernet port, and was beginning to drop devices and also slowing down to the point our 60 mbs speed from Charter was buffering continuously. Went to Best Buy and the sales assistant was very helpful. We decided on this router for its long range, dual band, ease of setup, and support of the new AC protocol. I would definitely recommend this to just about everyone.

Worth It If You Don't Have Too Many Devices...
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Maybe it was my high hopes to upgrade from my ISP's equipment, but this router did not work reliably for my set up at home! The specs on the router describe a scenario that should have worked for me, but decided to upgrade to a WiFi6 Mesh network instead...
