Did not last 2 years - Buy the warranty

Used it in my business for barely 2 months. It no longer works - shuts down, resets itself, and my IT pro has to spend more time on maintaining it than anything else. Not worth the money, I now have to replace it.

Worst router

I experience that internet connection always gets disconnected and I have to reboot this router to reconnect internet every day and multiple times a day. I had a Linksys router before but I had never had this problem. I shouldn’t have bought this junk. If you want to make your life easier with trouble-free, learn from my mistake and don’t buy it!

Poor support from netgear

I set it up and it worked great except my Seagate external hard drive connected to router's usb port would not stop running. I had to pull power cord off hard drive. I emailed support and their response was "It would be best to disconnect the USB hard drive from the router when you are not using it. If you want to use it, then that is the time you will connect the USB hard drive to the router. " So using Readyshare vault to back up computers and Readycloud to access hard drive over internet will not work unless I plug drive in and out. I returned the router and bought a different brand.
