Big Piece of Crap

In all my years I have never had a router that needed to be reset every day and bounced all over the place like this does. DO NOT BUY this, I'm more angry that I can't return it!!!

Do not buy!

Do not buy it. Net gear updated their firmware and has completely ruined this router. It goes out several times a day and needs to be restarted. Complete waste of money.

Do not buy - does not work

Drops connection daily and you have to reboot or adjust settings to get internet connection to resume. Stays connected to devices and router light displays indicate everything is okay but internet connection randomly quits.

Piece of expensive junk

The fastest it delivers is 180. The time it takes for each website to load is even slower than Internet 60Mbps that I used to have with another router. I reset the router, re-plugged it, it work faster for a few hours then lagged again. Will not recommend.

Ha it wouldn't even do over 200 mbps. I have a cheap SBG10 that walks all over this expensive piece of netgear plastic. And when you reach out to netgear. It's some one forgien who can't understand you and you can't understand them either. Want ever purchase netgear again. Or shop at GarageBuy.

So terrible!

I was so wrong. This products sucks! It wasn't fast. It did not cover our 1200 sqft apartment!! It didn't last for 6hours, that's how terrible this router is. My internet service provider is amazing and fast. Just this product was a let down.

Faulty product

After they left, it kept on disconnecting with Internet. I had our Internet provider come to our home. He tested everything and installed his router - now all works well. He said the router we purchased did not work so I returned it to Best Buy and got the Geek squad visit credited. A large investment of my time went into this!

Horrible setup took me three weeks and 20+ HOURS of time spent with the cable company and the netgear “support” team. I wish I could return this. I hate this router so much I have cried tears over this thing. Made my life worse. I want to stomp on it every single day. I think I will soon.

I can't use my wifi on my phone in my yard, which I had no problem on my old one. My old router was stopping and having to be reset , so I bought this one , recommended by the best buy employee, I have fiber optic internet and she said this would be very good. Very poor quality
