It works really well and has some great features but it seemed a little advanced for me. Overall the setup was easy and it does what i need it to do.

The firmware has updated twice since I bought it a few months ago. the access software has problems and sometimes I cannot login with browser. Some days works better with windows 10 & other days better with windows 7. I had to set it up with my phone in the beginning as the computer would not connect. Readyshare is not very good for phone and that was a big disappointment. Genie software cannot access external sdcard. Other software cannot see the drive.

Needed a new router and saw this one and gave it a try. One of the best purchases I've made. I would definitely suggest this product to everyone.

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing this product and not just gone off the word of the Best Buy employee. It drops off service and won't always reconnect. Working with Netgear going through their extremely long list of suggestions on how to fix the problem. Hard to know what to try and thinking of giving up. I'd would have stuck with Linksys had I known.

worked awesome until it updated did not finish the update now its dead went with different company tech support was awful.

Pros: - Great design - Esata and USB 3.0 ports Cons: - Poor range - Poor customer support - After 90 day window you have to pay for support and the shipping if the router is defective - Had to replace twice - 2.4ghz band kept dropping Please don't buy this. I would recommend something else better. These reviews on Best Buy are misleading.

This device allows me to broadcast my internet signal in another building where my router is having a tough time getting signal to.

We have a lot of dead spots in our home but with this router we can watch all of our stuff in every room without interruption.

Wifi for days, this router server my issue for streaming videos on my smart television in the basement and upstairs

After trying 2-3 other routers, I snagged this one on sale and so far its worked pretty awesomely. No complaints here.

The router gives me great range in my home as well when I'm outside. It was so easy to setup and get started.
