Keeps going out

Went out of town for a few days net went out all cameras were off. Garage, front door all connected to WiFi. Of course I have manual keys but non the less it was an inconvenience.

I think I received a used unit

With mine though, they were all attached. Does anyone have any insight into this. I am hesitant to set it up now.
