    The wifi range was boosted quite a bit over the comcast unit. The only issue was the first one I purchased didn't last 24 hours before it crapped out. The replacement has been great for last month and a half. I would recommend regardless of a faulty modem the first time around

    I bought this to get off of Comcast's leash. I've spent at least as much renting their routers as I spent on this. Plus I can mount it to a wall and have more room available on my desk. I love the interface, it's easy to use and simple to follow. Just remember to shut off the lights, otherwise, it's bright as Hades at night!
