So happy with this router, my internet provider recommended it. The set up was super easy. My house is a 3300sq ft ranch style and We placed it in our attic and it provides good coverage to all corners. Only had to buy the one router so that makes up for the price. I would buy it again.

Purchased this router, in the hopes that It would provide signal to "dead areas" of my home. Happy to report not only are there no low signal areas in my house, I can received full strength signals over my entire property!

After lots of research, I settled on the NETGEAR Nighthawk X4S R7800-100NAS. I needed a router that had some horsepower, and this one delivers. Have not had any drops at all in the 3+ weeks that I have owned it, and it gets a lot of usage from gaming. I am very happy with my purchase so far.

Needed to upgrade my router for all the streaming and online gaming that goes on in my house and I couldn't have chosen better. Works better than I thought. Getting higher speeds on multiple devices than with my old router. Needless to say I'm sticking with nighthawks for now on.

Easy to set up, able to pick up WiFi signal throughout the entire house.

This was easy to install. It is a huge improvement over our old router.

Netgear router of 2 years died. Researched the internet, bought this one. Blankets my house in coverage. Had bought two thinking I needed it. Returned the other one back to BB still in the plastic. Buy the adapter for older pc / laptops far from router. The math works out better.

Works really well. Don't have to wait for connection anymore.

i bought this for a bar i work at cause the wifi was bad and now every one conects easy

Our old router died a sudden death. Needed something that would at least reach an outbuilding (approx 200 feet). Choose this router on recommendation of store clerk. So far, it's doing the job. Will add a router extended later to pick up WIFI signal for a security camer DVR.

This really improved my in home Wi-Fi coverage without being ridiculously expensive.

I bought this to replace my 2 year old router. I had no idea how slow the old one was! This router has worked well for the house. We have 7 users with each user on multiple devices at any given time. Handles them all.

Bought after much research- lots of options at this price point but at some point you have to choose and pull the trigger. To date this has worked well - more range than older model it replaced - and no problems. The control app for the computer is useful and appreciated.

Speeds and reliability are good for the price of this router.

Good points: - stability - fast (really) - easy to setup - advanced features - genie app - awesome design Not so good: - the wifi range - QoS service I bought this modem to use here in Brazil (we do not have good routers here) because I have needing a large wifi range to my home, to work with about 15 devices. This is a really good router for game and streaming, very fast and stable. I did not have chance to test media share yet, but I believe it should be good. Design is amazing, nothing to say more. The wifi range is really good, even for 5ghz. However do not expect for miracles. I confess I'm was expecting more. Unfortunately I will need to use my old access point to cover the length of my house ( 2 floors house, with a 25 meters of length with a lot of walls). I realize that QoS turn my 4K streaming slow, so I turned off. I really recommend this X4S to people that are looking for routes to gaming and streaming.

I have had a number or routers over the years and this one has been the best one I have used to date. It is easy to setup and configure as well as having a few more advanced settings available. I would recommend this router as it is one if the best ones that I have used.

NO problems. My son loves his tablet and can do everything on it. Great Purchase!!
