Ive had absolutely no issues with internet connection in a relatively big house. I love the app, I can block people, keep track of my data usage which is very helpful for an estimate if you have a data cap. Honestly it's the best router I've ever owned, just wish my isp was up to par.

I've been happy with the wifi and ethernet routing performance, but the netgear genie software is weak. It's methods for identifying devices and reserving IPs is cludgy and poorly designed (no sorting, batch editing, etc.) and it's method of designating QoS is weak too. Lastly, the parental controls are touted but very limited. So far it seems like it applies restrictions (urls, time, etc). to all users, not just specific MAC addresses. This is ridiculous. And their iPhone app is buggy too. It doesn't seem to be able to pull in the device names properly from the network map. I've asked for support in their community forum, but no response. And if you want company-provided support after 90 days, there's a fee!?!?!?! I may switch back to Asus for my next router. Better software and support.

Router is very fast. Doesnt quite get to every cornerbof the house though.

I decided to upgrade my 5 year old router to something that could handle more streaming. We have roughly 10 devices running at the same time in our house and this router has handled it easily. I live in a two story house and range is not an issue on either band. Highly recommended.

I would give 5 stars except I still have interference between den and TV room. I am not sure if it is the product or something in the house. I have moved it everywhere and still the "smart" TV gets interrupted now and then. I am a novice at all this so maybe not the router at all. I believe it is working better than the cable owned router/modem combined unit however.

This router is fabulous!!!! We decided to forgo cable and we use high speed internet only. I did not want to rent a wifi router from the cable company and this one fits the bill. The wifi strength works great for streaming on all of our wireless devices and smart televisions.

If you're looking for a new 4K tv this is the one you should get. One of the best HDR displays on the market and it is excellent for all uses: tv, movies and video games. The only down side is you need to mess with the settings a bit to receive the best picture possible.

Pricey but will work with multiple devices on at the same time.

Great router with excellent capabilities. So far, 5-6 separate devices connected at once, with at least 2 of the devices streaming video or playing PS4 online, and I've never so much as seen a "buffer." The MU-MIMO technology is definitely doing its job at my house.

Easy and allowed me to setup a guess network great for gaming!
