Limited Range

Professionally installed by Webpass. Now must relocate router connection to a different phone jack. My bedroom desktop is just down the hallway from the Living Room media center. Neither band is able to reach.

Not a good experience

The firmware is pure garbage and tech support can't help you with any of it even if you can manage to understand their thick accent. Buy an Asus or Synology router you'll be much happier.

Great 2.4Ghz, Not Great 5Ghz

A reboot brought it back, but only for another hour. Yes, all firmware and updates were completed. Not impressed. Returned to the store, and went with the Ubiquiti Amplifi HD and it has been phenomenal.

Not any faster

I should have returned the darn thing, but time got away from me and I lost that opportunity.

Not as good as hoped/told

I wasn't sure that n which product and this router was suggested saying that it would cover our home with no issue. Unfortunately, that isn't the case. Not much of a step up from our last router.
