Upgraded to the to cut the cord one day, have everything in place now and 15 connected machines.

Better range, stronger signal over prior router. Easy to set up

After trying several other less expensive Netgear wireless routers, we found the Netgear R8000 router worked best in our home. Since our only option for placement was in the basement, we also purchased the Netgear EX7000 Range Extender in order to receive a wireless signal throughout the first floor. Overall we are satisfied with both units.

High price but I'm getting 290 feet range and using linksys range extender to get another 40. Cheap way to connect buildings wirelessly.

This was well worth the investment, I can now work on my deck, in basement even across the street.

I have a satellite and normally my games are delayed, with my net gear I don't have that problem

Easy set up, huge improvement over what we were using before.

After taking it out of box and reading instructions, I was unable to set up following instructions. Tried several times to reread instructions to see if I missed any thing. After 3rd unsuccessful attept, I called Nextel for assistance. After the first person couldn't help me, they bumped me up to the next level. Next level was unable to remove my original AT&T WiFi login from router, so it was left on with new router.

We needed a new router to support our multi wired or wireless devices. We have no complaints at this point! Satisfied!

I was torn between going extreme with the 8000 model but little did I know the 6000 model is extreme without an extreme cost. I'm running at least 14 different wireless devices when everyone Is home. Flawless is the best description I can give. I leased a modem through the cable company previously. It was a nightmare. It's worth the hype.

Easy setup -simple to follow instructions-strong signal

I purchase this router because my internet current Wi-Fi router was limited reach capabilities. It decrease the problem but it did not eliminate it.

I needed to update my router to one that was larger so I wouldn't keep having wireless internet drop and this was my selection. Faster is better.

The WiFi Router is powerful. The internet cable installer set it up for me and tested it. He complimented that I got a very good WiFi Router. It's fast and the signal is very strong would probably cover up to a 3 story level. We live in a one story home. Like the fact that it has Guest Wifi capabilities as well.

Netgear Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Tri-Band Wi-Fi Router is very fast and reliable router I have ever get it. The upload and download speed is very super and I am very pleased with it. I am 100% confident to recommend this router to anyone who need a reliable internet connection.

Works about as well as any other router I have owned, definitely not the super router I read about in other reviews. Average range, nothing special.
