This is an awesome Router, I have 15-20 devices connected simultaneously most of the time, and I see no lags, even when streaming 4K Video content. Steaming Movies download in just a couple of seconds, and transferring of files with other devices on the network are extremely fast. I highly recommend this router!

Streaming has become faster with many devices running at one time. The price was not cheap but it is worth the cost for this item.

Have ATT modem and router. Trouble all the time with network and internet connectivity. This router seems to have corrected the problem. Stll need the ATT router for internet but all wired and wireless connectivity is through the Netgear Nighthawk router.

Performance is excellent. Size can be bit smaller.

Just got this router and so far so good. The installation was really simple. No headache unlike some other brands.

The wifi signal is strong and has relieved problems with major connected components (TVs and security cameras). On the flip side, my Android phone loses wifi connectivity several times daily, which is frustrating. Netgear tech suggested changes to channels, but it hasn't resolved the problem. When my phone says "WiFi not available on Netgear xxx" but the TV and cams are strongly connected, I know it's an issue with the router-phone connection. My phone settings are correct for maximum wifi connectivity. I rarely had to reboot my old R7800 router, but reboot the R8000 every week to maintain good connectivity. Fortunately, I only paid about $25 to upgrade to the R8000 as my failing R7800 was covered by a Geek Squad extended warranty. As long as TVs don't freeze in the middle of my favorite shows, I'm overall happy with this unit.

It goes all the way up to the 3rd floor in my House and it covers mostly every spot in my house. Definitely recommend to someone.

Easy to install and use. The router is easily programmed for your specific needs. Also has decent parental control

This Tri band is nice for multiple devices but the signal is not the king of all wireless, its ok

Hands down one of the best routers that I’ve ever bought. If you have a lot of wireless devices. This is for you.

It was easy to setup. I like the option is has for SID's There are a lot of options that I am still trying to understand.

Pricey but worth it as it solved wireless issues I have struggled with. Good tech support by Netgear. I also like extra security.

We needed a replacement for our 10+ year old router and wanted something that hopefully will last us a while and still not be outdated. We have coverage throughout our 3100 square feet home and are loving the tri band capability; one person no longer gets booted when someone else starts using bandwidth. Set-up was very easy.
