I like to set things like this up and have them work as advertised, with no headaches, lost signals, calling tech support, etc etc. This lives up to what I previously had from Netgear, the AC1900. No muss, no fuss, no worries. Like my previous Netgear router...just does what it says it will do...pretty simple.

Range on the 5g side is not as far as I expected. Wish it was further. It’s not very far from my tv and it loses connection

Good product still have to use an extender but I guess it’s becau the router is not in the center of the house

We bought this booster at the suggestion of Comcast b/c our wi-fi signal was no longer reaching all of our house. It seems to work most of the time, but does not always work with the smart TV's. You have to make sure your router, printer, and computer are all on the same setting! It took a lot of time with the Netgear and HP support line techs to get it up and running. It is a pretty good product as long as you don't expect miracles.

So far this product is living up to the expectations that I needed. Configuration of the router is easy and very dummy proof. I enjoyed that I can restrict sites for my kids and also have a guest account for visitors. I have not ran into any connection issues or any issues at the moment. Very please with this purchase.

Really good router, strong signal and easy to set up

This unit replaced a router that just didn't support the number of devices or the the distances involved in our home. We experienced some minor difficulties with hook-up since we did not have a modem in our set-up. This was resolved with the help of our internet provider. We have had no issues with the unit after install. Does a great job.

Previous Nighthawk worked for years, but recently was struck by lightning. Best Buy had what I was looking for, easy purchase, easy install, up and running again with only a few hours lost without internet. This router just simply is the best in class.

The associate talked me into this router because of the three different Wifi's with my two kids and their friends over all of the time

This my 2nd one, the first one died. Comcast will not service to even tell you the router is the problem. Lucky for me I purchased the extended warranty at Best Buy. Net Gear help line, if out of their warranty gives no help unless you pay. This is for all their products such as security cameras. The bad news is that a friend told me get ready to buy a new one after 2 years. Friend was so right!

My roommates and I are much better off with this. The Wifi reaches the furthest rooms and provide an excellent connection.

I couldnt get a strong connection until this router. It has many options and an app to monitor where you wifi speeds are sent.

If you are upgrading and have a household with a lot of electronics than this is for you. I had to upgrade because my sister, niece and nephew moved in for a little bit. With the extra devices I decided to upgrade all my equipment. I absolutely love how great this works :-)

Router works well throughout the house. I have not found any spots that lack a signal.

No need to reboot! !! My old system constantly needed rebooting and its coverage was limited. This system does everything I expected.

Chose this over the linksys triband unit and i must say i'm quite impressed. i'm not a fan of the spidey look but i guess it is what it is

I informed the sales associate about the problem that I had been having with DTV and ADT losing connectivity. He handed me this particular router and said that it would fix my problem. I was a little skeptical and thought it was quite expensive. It turns out that it did solve all of my issues and was worth every penny.

This router was a little pricey but worth the purchase. It was easy to install and I could customize the channels so that I would get the best speeds in my apartment building. I has good distance and allows for all types of bands to run at the same time. Older routers downgraded to the slowest on the network.
