This router was a huge step up from the cheapie routers we had been purchasing. This router allowed us to get all of the speed of our cable internet on two different bands. Way more than enough capacity for the 2 phones, 2 iPads, MacBook and PC that are on the network.

Wow, this router is outstanding. The best I have ever used. I am getting speeds over 200 mbps from 50 feet away. Amazing piece of equipment. If you are frustrated with your cable company equipment, buy this router and a good modem and you won't be dissapointed.

I have a 2 floor 2000 sq ft house and this router covers the whole house with speed.

We had the NetGear Nighthawk AC1900 which was a solid router, but as our streaming and gaming needs increased we needed to upgrade to a higher performing model. This is a solid router for the money. You can spend more, but for our needs this was as much performance as we were willing to pay for.

It was so good that I bought a second one for my vacation home and another for my daughter's house.

We have had very good results with this router. I haven't had any disconnect issues.

Been eying this router for a while now. Finally had a reason to purchase one when my old Netgear unit decided to crap out on me. Extremely simple to set up. Love the mobile app to monitor the network. Tri-band is awesome to use to split multiple devices.

In trying to retrofit the house to a smarthome the usage and bandwidth was an issue for Vivint home security, kids gaming, and multiple HD TV’s streaming and this allowed for management on different bands and faster speed internet throughout the house.

Purchased this after my old router bit the dust. We have a decent amount of wireless devices and this router can handle them all. The 2 5G bands are great to keep speeds optimal. Set up was a breeze through the app, took 20 minutes tops.

Bought this to upgrade from an older router. Setup was quick and simple. Very high wifi speeds throughout a 2 story house with the router in the cellar. Having the option of separate 5 gHz channels with higher speeds has been helpful when streaming to multiple televisions throughout my home.

I purchased this router on Memorial Day as mine took a dump. Very quick and easy setup, and it pushes a signal out to my garage which is 50 feet away from my house and is a metal building.

Purchased 2 of these netgear routers in an effort to help our church internet coverage. They were easy to install and set up. These two were enough to provide good coverage on our small church campus. It also allowed us to help secure our small network.

I upgraded from the Netgear R6300 and the performance is a big jump. Local game streaming is alot smoother than my old router and watching shows on netflix buffers alot faster. If you are looking to upgrade from a first generation AC router i highly recommend this router.

This wifi shoots signal down the block and around the corner.

Setup for this item was slick and the app for managing it is a wonderful item. There are some occasional drops from one of the 5ghz connections but considering I have about 20 items connected to this it is not surprising.
