With multiple media sources in the house, the triband really helped keep up the speed.

Good products, but performance overstated. Has coverage issues. Hide SSID mode does not work.

This is the second nighthawk ac 3200 we have installed. Works very well in a large building with many users. MIMO provides streaming without problems from low data rate users who log in. Antennas provide very good coverage.

It works great but not easy to set up... you have to call tech support which is annoying so they can offer you extended help for a fee... the price of the router should be enough to get the set up instructions in the box...

I have tried so many routers before. This is consider the best one that outperformed the Apple AirPort Extreme. Easy to setup. Great for stream large video files size around the house. The price is little high but it worth the money without adding the range extender.

Bought this to upgrade to an AC router. Setup was easy and the speeds good compared to my old N router. Didn't want to spend too much so got this under $200 with a BB rewards discount. Great bang for the buck. So far so good. No complaints from the fam!? 8-)

Overall not a horrible router. Our speeds are somewhat faster, and it's nice to have 3 bands. Not all devices recognize the 5ghz bands, though (PS4 being the most notable). All in all it's nice to have a router that can handle more devices than our old one.

I upgraded recently due to my other router getting old. I am completely pleased with this product as we have had no problems running multiple devices at one time. I would highly recommend.

the netgear - nighthawk x6 ac3200 tri-band wi-fi router (r8000) - black is great.

This router was easy to set up and, made me realize just how old our last router was. Our download speeds almost doubled. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone. I would even buy it again, if I needed a replacement soon.

Fantastic power for even a multi story building. Able to use many devices with very few issues with bandwidth. I like that with this I don’t have to use a range extender.

We needed a new router that would handle over a dozen smart technology items in our home. After an excellent and educational discussion with the sales person at Best Buy, I decided to purchase this router. It was VERY easy to set up - and our internet connection is working perfectly on all of our devices. While I was hesitant to spend more than a hundred dollars on a new router, I have come to realize that we did need to purchase a more expensive router and I am really glad we chose this router.

We stream our TV, use tablets, cell phones and computers using WiFi. Our previous router needed to be constantly reset, but the nighthawk has handled all ouyr devices with no lag and no need to reset the router. We are very pleased with our purchase

Did a like for like replacement because my other Nighthawk was fried by lightning. Blazing speeds and can handle my five person household wireless needs flawlessly.

The product was easy to install but I didn't see the improvement in speed of WIFI expected.
