Speed is ok within range. I bought the most expensive Router available for use of a simple 1story 2150 SF home. The back two rooms get little to NO SERVICE. So it's just average..

It's worth buying this for extremely use of wifi. I use this religiously. The only downfall is the price but I always say if the price is high it must be good.

Set up was quick and the app is cool... should have bought this a long time ago. I have tons of devices running on mine at 68 mbps. Sometimes 10-12 devices

Our Airport Express, which was 8yrs old, finally died. I wrested with whether to buy a new AirPort Extreme or a different Router. The Best Buy Sales Rep asked me some questions about usage in our household and recommended this Router. The three bands allow us to dedicate one 5gz to my sons gaming so it doesn't interfere with the rest of our electronics. The external antennas have extended our wifi range way past where it was before. We previously had dead spots on one end of the house, but no more! I recommend this to any family with a gamer. You won't be disappointed!

I got this router because my old router weren't working so well with the size of my house and the amount of devices that used them. I figured with so many good reviews and the features it boasts this router would be a shoe-in, and provide awesome internet speeds and excellent signal throughout my house. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I am not too sure if the issue lies with the router itself or my ISP, but the connection is really slow most of the time and the signal strength is that of a lesser router (router). Even with two wifi range extenders (one TP-Link RE305 [AC1200] and one Netgear WN3000RP [N300]) the connection is still poor. Many times throughout the day, the routers connection to the internet (or ISP's modem) will just fail without warning and leave the house without a connection for a few seconds to a couple of minutes. Once, so far, I've had to factory reset the router because it would not connect to the internet at all and it kept restarting on its own every time it fully booted up. I give this router two stars because 1) it looks cool; 2) when the connection is working and the speeds are high, THE SPEEDS ARE HIGH; & 3) the Systems UI and the app are very cool and easy to use. Hopefully, I will be able to figure out what the issue is and be able to fix it, then update my review based on my findings, but until then... i will probably have to wait 3 minutes for this review to post. Great router but a bit pricey of an investment. This unit will give you about all the bandwidth you can squeeze out of your modem's capability and the max of your service level.

I initially bought an eero mesh system to replace my old outdated Netgear but had to return it because it would not recognize my wireless printer. Eero tech services told me due to their security system their router would never connect to my Canon printer. I took them back and pruchased the Nighthawk X6…it instantly connected to my printer by itself. So far the X6 has performed great. Lots better reach than my old one.

If you have a Gigabit connection at home, you'll most likely need something like this or more powerful in order to completely take advantage of the speeds you're paying for.

This was a good router; however, my Verizon Gateway router yielded faster speeds, so I returned. It will do the trick though.

I got this because I had gift points or certificate to use. It's very good, I may not use all it's function. But from my point of view it's the best

Very fast. So far it works very well with my Arrios modem. Haven't had to restart them at all. Very good streaming with multiple devices. Happy with the product.

Has worked really great through out the house. No problems and it looks nice too.
