This is really an awesome router... more power than most need but... better safe than sorry for the long haul!

Needed something to handle many devices in a large home. People recommended that thing to me. It worked well for a week, then random disconnects started to happen. My streaming tv’s started buffering etc. Problem, once this thing throws you out, it is super hard to reconnect to my very own WiFi. The app is super basic and no good for troubleshooting. I also don’t want spend hours on the phone with support anymore. I want a product that works. Especially for that money. The app also tries to sell you additional subscriptions and needs a account to work. Why the hell do I need a online account with netgear to set up my own home WiFi .i have serious privacy concerns here. On the good side ... when it works, the range coverage is very good and speed is also good. But spending my Sunday mornings trying to get online is a serious trade off

I've tried a few different kinds of routers, this router with our a doubt has been the most reliable router I've had. I would recommend this product.

This router has an outstanding range. I replaced my Apple router because I was experiencing dead spots in my house. Those are now gone.

Was easy to set up, good coverage for 2 bdrm apt, get the app, it makes things easier on your phone

My old router had to be rebooted several times per week. The Nighthawk was easy to configure and has been a steady performer since I installed it.

Speeds on this router are extremely inconsistent, but when it works, it is great. Don't expect a ton of help from Netgear customer service. I called six times about this router and was on the phone with them about two hours each time. Most of the reps had no clue what they were doing. Then, if they determine you need a replacement, you have to jump through many many hoops and then charge you 16.95 for shipping to replace their defective product.

Speed. This fixed all my speed problems. Multiple devices all running at same time. No problem. Gaming with xbox is perfect.

It's better than what I had but not perfect, so it takes all my devices but sometimes it doesn't react quick when I have stopped using it for awhile

Bought this to stream TV's, easy to hook up, and I needed the netgear support, they were helpful too.
