I Didnt know what I was missing.

But recently interference from neighboring townhomes was causing huge headaches. This cut that to basically nill. And having three channels is perfect. I run the first 5g for all the downstairs connections and the second is for all connected devices upstairs. And with the 2 being less crowded one of my older laptops has run great. It's not perfect, but what is.

Good router

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good router had it three days and it did a firmware update which messed up the router took 6-7 hours on calls with netgear technical service and three factor resets later and had to manually install the firmware update then it was working again that’s been two weeks ago now and not a problem since . Probably just a fluke this is my third netgear router and this is the only issue I have ever had.
