Love the speed. I would have given this router five stars for the speed alone. It connects to my 5Ghz supported devices with fantastic speed! Unfortunately, it took me two days of troubleshooting and an unsuccessful call to tech support before I finally figured out why this router could only see some of my devices and not others on my network. It turns out this router ONLY connects to devices that support Dual Band (2.4 Ghz AND 5 Ghz) devices. My Single Band devices that only have 2,4 Ghz could not be connected to this router. That includes my internal Wi-Fi card on my laptop and my Alexa Tap. I called Netgear Tech Support but they could not figure the problem as the router failed to connect to my Amazon Alexa Tap. Instead they tried to sell me third party techsupport to trouble shoot the Alexa Device. If I said yes, I would have paid them money and they would not have been able to fix the problem. The Tech Support Technician was very unqualified. After I hung up the phone and did more troubles hooting, I figured out why this router doesn’t work with all my devices. It simply does NOT support Single Band 2.4Ghz only devices and many devices today fall in that category. I am returning this router to the store and cutting my losses of MANY hours of my time wasted! Feeling Frustrated!

This piece of equipment has solved our biggest Challenges and works in all areas of the house.
