I was going over on my data every month due to poor wifi in my bedroom and after getting this I am no longer worried about that. It's not as fast as some of the other units I was looking at but it is great for multiple wireless devices and with myself, my wife and my two teenagers it is perfect.

Decent router

We have a handful of things connected... firestick, thermostat, Alexa, phone's, doorbell etc. Was hoping the range would extend farther into the yard but haven't noticed a change over our older Linksys router

Still Reliable

Based on this prior experience, I decide to once again purchase a new NetGear router. The set up was easy, and I look forward to more years of reliable Internet connectivity.

Turns off during a time block just not the time I set. Doesn't turn back on until several hours after end time block and even then I have to power cycle for the signal to actually connect with anything. 2.4ghz really weak. Never had a reception issue with any other router until this one.

Works Great, Set-up Not "Plug 'n Play"

However we were told set-up was "plug 'n play". We are not the most tech-savvy people, but we were game. As it turned out, there were things that we simply didn't understand and had to bring in someone who was more of an expert to help.
