    I bought this for the 2 5g bands but it did not work as good as my 3 yr old Netgear router that only cost $100.00. I even bought the X8 but it did not work well either. I ended up with an Asus that works a lot better with twice the range on 5g band but it's only a dual range router.

    I have own a x4 nighthawk which last myself for 5 years without any problem until the last last it started showing signs of failure. This one has all the great feature you would want and all the custom setting you can do almost up to a professional grade router. I really like the gui of this router easy and complex at the same time.

Installation was easy and there is even an app you can use on your phone. Not to mention the super fast wifi speeds and the ability to have up to 3 different wifi options.
