Good product! Coverage was improved from my last router.

I noticed a huge improvement of Wifi upload and download speed once switching from my internet providers A/C router. I even noticed a difference while plugged directly into the router. The router is able to traffic the internet to who it feels needs the most. This works perfect at home with other users connected.

I'm a newbie to all this tech stuff and was quite confused by the many choices at Best Buy. Fortunately a very well informed associate helped me and I left with what I deem a most excellent choice. Thank you Best Buy for, once again, clearly explaining my options and making shopping for tech gadgets so easy!

Item is amazing great for streaming 4K content off netflix

I had a really old router and finally decided to upgrade. My internet was really slow until I got my new router. It was worth every penny!!! My internet is now faster like crazy and the range is phenomenal. The only downside is I wish I did it earlier!!!

Power House of features and reach is best I have ever had. 120 ft away still no buffering on YouTube. Attenas do best sticking straight out when you need reach straight out from router hanging on wall other than tgat just use the software to help determine the signal quality. Get the app it's the way to go.

I've had this router for about a month. I expected a better connection around the house and yard. I don't live on a farm just a quarter acre lot and reception in many areas is poor. I am not disappointed, perhaps there are other configurations I haven't figured out yet? Seems like my old Linksys router two antennas has about the distance?

I have had netgear routers before and they were very good. We outgrew that router though and I’ve been leasing an off brand router from the telephone company. I have wanted a Nighthawk router for a while and when I saw it was on sale for Christmas I bought it. I couldn’t get it connected to the internet and had to call support. She was very helpful and was able to get it connected easily. But it is unreliable. We’ve used it for a couple weeks and we are not pleased with it. I’ve rebooted twice this morning already. I am so disappointed in this router. I’ve decided today that I’ve had enough and I’m going to return it. I’m giving it 2 stars because when it works, it is fast.

Works well for devices in close proximity. A lot of buffering the further you get.

Optimal performance for all your needs. Ok price..

We had been experiencing buffering with our live streaming. We also have had problems with keeping our many devices connected to WiFi. So far we have been very pleased with the quality of this product. We have had minimal problems with streaming or WiFi connection.

This router made a big difference in my internet speed.

I checked reviews on other routers and this one fit my needs. Setup was a little difficult with no clear instructions for each process from allowing other devices access to setting QOS and priority for your devices. Even with the sketchy instructions, the help section for each area you are working on does help.

My husband installed and said it would help Internet speed through our home. It's doing well.

Simplicity and effectiveness 10 out of 10 for this household. Best buy rep. Took the time to really listen to all our needs. Felt confident the information he gave us was the direction we needed to take. Very pleased.

Overall the router is Fast but don't have promising range.

The product is supposed to be plug and play but was not. On line set up info was little help. Phone support was equally bad. The technician clearly was going from a script of procedures to try and required me to go through the steps multiple times. Only after 1 1/2 hours on the phone and me insisting on talking to another tech was I instructed to insert a paper clip in the reset hole and reset the machine to it's default settings. The problem was fixed. This should have been done after the first run through the setup procedures failed. I would recommend the product because it works fine and we get a good signal throughout the house but understand that if you need tech support the service will be poor.
