I like netgear products and have used their routers for the last 10+ years. Long lasting products. Only problem is, seems it wants to change dns configurations. I have to flush dns constantly

Haven’t noticed a difference from my old internet providers router.

I'm very disappointed in this router. My previous Netgear router gave me consistent download speeds over 100mbps, which is what I pay for. So I expected similar results. Instead, I often find speeds way below 10mbps, especially on the two 5G channels, and even the 2.4 channel varies from 50-90mbps. I can be streaming a video and have it suddenly start buffering because the speed drops on its own. Unfortunately, I waited too long to return this piece of junk to Best Buy, so I will likely have to find a new router and toss this one.

Router was really simple to set up, the app is helpful for maintenance and customizing passwords/network names and more. Overall provides great wifi throughout the house and it's a plus having multiple networks to utilize for different devices/situations.

It's better than what I had. My house is not a very large house. Which is what this says it's for. My home is a split level, 1400 square foot. I still have trouble getting a signal at the far end of the house. I had to use an extender.

First unit failed to install per instructions. Exchanged for new and it installed easily. Software is easy to use for personal configuration changes. I stream from Netlix, Amazon Prime, AppleTV and have not had any problems obtaining high quality video, even 4k to stream smoothly.

The NETGEAR - Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Tri-Band Wi-Fi Router (R8000) is by far the best router I have ever used. I live in an older home that has given me wi-fi coverage fits, but this router is not phased by concrete or brick walls. I couldn't be happier.

Great device and powerful WIFI performance, but app needs some work. It will forget you account after a week or two of not using it. Other than that it super easy to use.

The NightHawk made a HUGE difference in our homes WIFI! We easily have 20 devices connected at one time and it handles every one of them! Changing to the NightHawk has given us no lag time and we have not seen a "buffering" notice since we began using it!!! Highly Recommend!

I was having a hard time deciding on a router to choose. After reading multiple reviews and comparing similar products, I choose the Nighthawk X6. After a few months use, I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase. I would absolutely recommend this router!

Did not give me any better range than my Linksys EA3500. Returned to store.

I HAD INTERNET AND SMART TV ISSUES SINCE I MOVED IN MY HOUSE TWO YEARS AGO. I'VE BEEN THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING A ROUTER TO HELP OUT MY EXISTING INTERNET CONNECTION. WOW!! NO MORE ISSUES. I REGRET NOT DOING THIS SOONER.

Bought this product after a recently purchased Apple AirExtreme failed me. I had a Netgear before that and should've stayed with the brand. Since purchase product has been flawless and Genie software is easy to navigate

It is a very good device. That people should look into to help their internet. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking to get more help getting better service. It is a small device that fits right by your computer and does not take up a bunch of space.

Router, like most things that we buy I have seen my sister or my daughter with the items. I had no idea what to look for in a router. My daughter has this very same router and she has Arlo cameras. I was able to see how it work and thought it was great .

had to be returned as 1st unit was defective proven by tech support after 3 hours of netgear phone assistance . it would not start. but 2nd one worked as it should have. best buy handled the return quickly and efficiently.

I have only had it for a month. But it has helped with my internet connections. The internet service in my area is horrible. This has made the almost 20 items attached to my internet run better.

Very fast wired speeds. Wireless is also pretty fast depending on how many devices are connected to the WiFi. Make sure you have a high speed internet plan and modem before you purchase otherwise you won’t get the advertised speeds.

Went from using my default Comcast router to this beast. I could never get a connection over a bar using that piece of junk. Now I’m getting connection as if the modem were right next to me. Keep in mind I’m a gamer too! I love this router!
