This writer far surpasses any other router I've ever purchased. Hopefully this'll stop me from having to buy another router in the next year. Band with this exceptional and my husband can even play video games online throughout the house while others use wifi as well

My old router (different brand, comparable price point) began to act up after about 9 months of having it. I had another Netgear product and found their customer service was above average, so replaced the old router with this one. It's only been 2 weeks though ...

I've always been a bit skeptical with Netgear products but this one was fantastic. Caution: You MUST --- MUST --- ensure your modem is on and fully functional first. Otherwise, you'll get the blinking internet light with no connectivity.

It works better than other ive had but for the price i paid and the size of it i was expecting majic. We use 3 phones, one ipad, and 2 xbox consoles. Often all connected at the same time. The xbox do get a bit disconnected at times and this is why i dont give it 5 stars

What can I say - this product is awesome!! I'm not a tech savvy individual but this is a top of the line router and has SO much capabilities that I don't even know where to begin! So happy with my purchase - just need to read more about all that I can do with it!

First off I have a PhD in Computer Science, CNA,CNI,CNI,MCSE etc and after working with it for several days I called their tech support and stayed on the phone with them for over 2 hours. Never got the device to work in my system Specs are pretty good, looks nice.

The router connected and set up easily, and to be clear, this is not a negative review of this product. I’d purchased this I’m hopes of improving my WiFi coverage area, it didn’t help. I returned it and went with an Orbi mesh system, so happy now!

Great blk friday special. Works better than verizon/comcast routers that need replacement every 6 months. No issues so far and I have been using it for 18 months. Everything is connected (Tvs, phones, computers, cameras, etc)

I live in a community where wifi is an issue for all home owners. I'm using this plus an Apple Tower because I have a lot of stucco in my home. I still don't have full coverage all the time. But, this product has made it stronger when I do have coverage. I'm glad I purchased it.

Purchased this to boost Comcast X1 signal due to frequent buffering and loss of connection messages after adding a new smart TV to the network. This router seemed to do the trick to ensure multiple devices can run simultaneously without interruption.

Have no problems with this router the best thing I could of bought. Download and upload speeds are good and the distance on getting WiFi throughout the house is good too.

I love netgear routers. they are very simple to use and set up. this router is no exception. great speed across 15+ devices. multiple channels and automatic switching to the optimum channel allows this router to be even faster. highly recommended.

Great speed, however took over an hour to set up. Requires use of a smart phone. The phone I have is pay by you go, so not helpful in setting up.

This seemed like a great router and for most of our average size home it worked fabulously but it needed to be located upstairs and just couldn’t reach to my son’s basement bedroom so we had to go with something else.

Can be a little intimidating to someone who is not terribly computer literate. I have been able to get up and running except for my MacBook Pro. Only rating it four stars due to its difficulty to use. Works great with Windows products and my phone.

Looks like a space ship. For all its lights and size it doesn't give much more signal strength or distance than the old Comcast wifi. I was hoping to get better signal strength from this but the signal is still as weak in the back rooms of the house.

Works fantastic. Can connect as many devices as I want and no issues. Haven't had any devices get randomly dropped. Love the ability to setup a guest account. Don't know why I didn't purchase sooner

I found that this is a great router with a lot of extras. The app that lets you see who and what is on line. The ability to have guest get on with a QR code. All and a whole lot more. I highly recommend.

I tried this router out alongside the Nighthawk R7000 and X8 R8500. This particular one performed the worst between the 3. If you're going to need more range go with the X8, otherwise stick with the basic Nighthawk.

This was easy to install, set up, and use. My old wifi router had issues with assigning out the same IP address' to 2 different devices, and you wouldn't know it. Things just didn't work. Perfect now, and with 3 bands, and an app to operate it, Great!
